The evening will begin with a welcome reception in the elegant grounds of Oud Poelgeest, followed by a formal dinner served in the estate’s distinguished banquet rooms. Guests will dine in a setting that blends centuries-old heritage with refined contemporary hospitality, offering a memorable experience for scientific exchange and celebration.
Dating back to the 17th century, Oud Poelgeest is a landmark Dutch country estate surrounded by mature gardens, tree-lined avenues, and classical architecture. Once home to the renowned scientist Herman Boerhaave, the estate has long been associated with scholarship and discovery—making it a fitting setting for the SPAICE community to gather, reflect, and celebrate progress in AI and science.
