ESTEC is easy to reach via bus from Leiden Central Station as from Noordwijk. Additionally, a hotel shuttle is available from the major hotels in Noordwijk, please see the end of this page for more information.

For the social dinner, there will be buses that will bring the participants from/to the venue: exact timings for those will be announced in the future.

ESTEC Shuttle Service

ESTEC – Schiphol Airport

A shuttle bus service operates between ESTEC and Schiphol Airport from Monday to Friday. 

Pick-up Points: 

  • At Schiphol Airport, the driver waits at the Meeting Point. 
  • At ESTEC, pick-up is at the main Reception. 

Reservations:

  • Mandatory for all passengers. 
  • Reservations must be made at least one hour in advance to guarantee a seat. 
  • ESTEC Reception will confirm bookings in the online system. 

Fare: 

  • The cost of a single trip is € 35.00.  
  • Payment is required online when booking or at the ESTEC Reception. 

The timetable of the shuttle bus Schiphol to ESTEC and ESTEC to Schiphol is as follows: 

ESTEC to Schiphol – Monday to Friday 

  • 14:30 
  • 15:30 
  • 16:30 
  • 18:00  

Schiphol to ESTEC – Monday to Friday 

  • 09:00 
  • 10:00    

ESTEC Hotel Shuttle – Noordwijk 

Visitors to ESTEC who are staying at one of the six major hotels in Noordwijk can use the ESTEC Hotel Shuttle service. 

Fare:

  • € 8.00 per person (one-way) 
  • Book online via the Taxi Brouwer website or Payment is made directly on the bus (cash or card) 
  • A receipt will be provided upon payment 

Schedule

  • No reservation required 
  • The shuttle operates at fixed departure times 

Group travel

  • If traveling with more than one person, please notify Taxi Brouwer in advance via info@taxibrouwer.nl.
