Please use the following form to resubmit your final contribution to the SPAICE conference.
Only contributions that have been accepted for oral / poster in the previous double-blind peer review process will be considered. Attendants that did not get an oral or poster presentation can still contribute to the program in the Unconference session.
Resubmitting does not include registration. Thus, you still have to register for the conference here.
Contributions without author registration will not be included in the program.
Guidelines for revised papers
- Use the official conference template.
- Address reviewer comments. For this, we extend the page limit to five pages (excluding acknowledgment, contributions, and reference sections; minor overspilling is fine), although please do not include completely new material or sections that have not been reviewed.
- Thoroughly proofread your paper and make sure author names and affiliations are correct.
- Adhere to high technical and scientific standards. This includes using references to support your work.
- Ensure that the reference section is correctly formatted.
- Do not use additional Latex packages that change the layout, e.g., hyperlinks.
- Do not add page numbers.
- Do not use undefined acronyms and references in the abstract.
- Refrain from using extensive bullet points.
- Figures should be easily readable on screens and in print. Thus, use sufficiently large font sizes in figures (e.g. labels) for readability.
- Use vector graphics if possible (or high DPI images).
- Do not use logos, brand marks, or other visual marks in the acknowledgments.
